What is the Quarters at Cedar Falls?
It’s an apartment community designed with University of Northern Iowa students in mind. The Quarters at Cedar Falls features spacious apartments with available furniture packages and in-unit laundry, plus a full set of community features such as a fitness center, pool and hot tub, tanning bed and more. We are conveniently located next door to the UNI campus.
Can I live with friends, or can you match me with roommates?
You can select your roommate(s), or you can apply on your own and we can match you with other students. Applicants answer a short list of lifestyle questions to help in the matching process.
How do I view an apartment?
If you are interested in obtaining more information about our units, please call us at 319.432.7500 and speak to a leasing agent. They will be able to answer your questions and schedule a time to view a unit. Otherwise, you can email us at email@example.com and we can schedule an appointment.
What are per-person contracts?
Instead of requiring all roommates to sign a joint lease, each person at the Quarters at Cedar Falls has their own individual contract, with one person per bedroom. This means you are only responsible for paying for yourself—not your roommates. Even if a roommate moves out or other bedrooms in your apartment are empty, you only pay the rate for your bedroom.
What is included in the rate?
Each resident pays a flat rate that includes:
Cable TV and Internet
Washer and dryer in each apartment
A full set of furniture (if selected)
24-hour on-site management
Community features—pool, fitness center, tanning, etc.
Are the apartments furnished?
The Quarters at Cedar Falls offers an optional furniture package that includes full-size beds, dressers, desks and chairs, sofa and armchair, coffee table, entertainment stand and counter stools.
When do the contracts start and end?
The standard term is August 16, 2018 to July 31, 2019, with payments made in 12 equal installments. Limited alternate dates are available; please inquire with our staff.
